After 11 days of journey to experience culture from Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka with some hiccups on getting lost, here are my few realizations about Japan:
Toilet - best experience on using a state of the art toilet with automatic bottom washer, seat heater and a sink on top of the toilet.

Train - You can go anywhere via train just note that some platforms are used by multiple trains with different routes(mostly skipping some stations)
Manners - You should try your best to be quiet while riding a train
Restaurants - Figuring out how to order and how to clean up after eating are part of every experience while eating on diff restaurants.
Toys - Generally cheaper but will still cost you a few thousands(in peso)
Escalator/pathway directions - Osaka is confused on its rule to stay right or left. Tokyo and Kyoto are both stay on the left then walk on the right
Garden vs Buildings - Cities has a perfect mashup of gardens and cityscapes
Matcha - Different variants of food with matcha flavor are scattered everywhere
Home - simple and minimalistic
Had a great experience living at a private modern japanese loft at Akihabara.

Losing Items - Left my umbrella on a staircase for more than an hour and when I got back, the umbrella was still there!
Cost of living - Food is cheaper in Tokyo due to the wide variety of choices(Personal Opinion)
People - There are a lot of good looking people in Tokyo but are generally uptight while Osaka residents are generally simple and has a more fun attitude(Stereotype alert!)
Dessert - best dessert tried goes to Manneken Apple Caramel Waffle!
Language - Helpful words are: Sumimasen(Excuse me), Arigato(thank you), Hidari(left), and Migi(right)
Clothes - Few choices for Men’s Apparel. UNFAIR
"I will miss a lot of things about you Japan. Till we meet again. Sayonara!"
